We're proud to introduce Fostering Equity: Building Inclusive Leadership at Every Level -- a dynamic, self-paced online course that will help you become a champion in workplace equity, inclusion, and diversity efforts.
True to Just Roots Consulting's values, our faculty are always people of color, people with disabilities, and/or LGBTQ+ people with years of experiencing teaching DEI and anti-oppression topics. This course is taught by Milo Primeaux, Esq. (he/they), Sady Fischer, CDP (she/her), and Elizabeth Nicolas, Esq. (she/her).
As with everything we teach, we utilize an intersectional anti-oppression lens with a candid, transparent, human-centered approach. We learn best by teaching, and we teach best by listening, honest self-reflection, and accountability. It takes about 4 hours to complete if you do all of the assignments.
No matter who you are or what role you play in your workplace, by the end of this course, you will have the knowledge, frameworks, tools, language, and confidence needed to begin your journey toward inclusive leadership within your organization and greater community.
