Anti-Racism Summer Camp for Adults Package
Join us for a live, facilitated cohort experience of Equity at Work: Reimagining Power in Today’s Anti-Racist Workplace.
This is more than an e-course. It’s a guided practice space for people ready to deepen their understanding of white supremacy and racial capitalism — and build the skills to actively disrupt them in real time.
✨ What you’ll get:
- 12 months of access to Equity at Work + our full course library
- Biweekly live facilitation (June–August, dates below) to unpack, reflect, and practice
- A cohort of peers committed to growth, accountability, and real change
- Optional discounted 1:1 equity coaching for deeper support
✨ What makes this different: You won’t just consume content — you’ll practice new ways of being in your body, your relationships, and your workplace.
✨ This is for you if you’re ready to:
- Move beyond theory into embodied anti-racist practice
- Sit with discomfort — and stay engaged anyway
- Be in honest, accountable conversation with others
- Show up differently at work, even when it’s hard
👉 There is no better time to do this work—and no better way than in community.

✨ How It Works:
Every week, you'll complete assigned portions of Equity at Work, including brief lecture videos, light reading or podcast-listening, self-reflection and somatic exercises, and more.Â
Biweekly, we'll gather together as a cohort for 2 hours to unpack what we’re learning, ask questions and challenge each other to practice new ways of being together, and become energized around becoming the anti-racist leaders we need each other to be right now.
✨ By the End of this Program, You Will:
* (un)Learn things you didn't expect about white supremacy, racial capitalism, cisheteropatriarchy, and anti-Indigeneity.
* Gain a framework for reimagining power in your life and your workplace to an anti-racist lens.
* Spend time with the uncomfortable and painful feelings that arise from this work, and practice sharing them with others in your assigned affinity group and the larger cohort who are committed to leaning into their own growing edges.
* Co-build a growing community of people who are ready to create a better and more just world for us all.

There is no better way to learn than in community, and there's no better time to do it than right now. Join us for this journey of connection and movement toward accountable action -- we can do it, together!
